1. Service Description

Avvizo is an AI-powered daily wellness check-in service operated by Planetterrian Ventures Inc. ("Avvizo," "we," "us"). The service places outbound AI phone calls to enrolled individuals ("check-in recipients") at times configured by the subscribing account holder ("you").

Avvizo provides wellness signals, conversation transcripts, safety escalation alerts, and — on applicable plans — life story capture and family dashboard features. The service is designed for personal wellness monitoring. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, telehealth service, or emergency response system.

2. AI Disclosure and Call Recording

All check-in calls are conducted by an artificial intelligence system. The AI discloses its nature at the beginning of every call, as required by TCPA regulations (US) and CRTC regulations (Canada).

All calls are recorded. The AI discloses recording at the start of every call. By enrolling a phone number in Avvizo, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to enrol that phone number in an automated calling service.
• You have informed the check-in recipient that they will receive daily AI calls that are recorded.
• The check-in recipient has consented to receiving these calls.

3. Not Medical Advice

Avvizo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical assessment of any kind. The wellness scores, mood signals, and concern flags generated by Avvizo are conversational indicators only — they are not clinical measurements and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical evaluation.

Medication reminders are delivered solely on the basis of information you provide. Avvizo is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any medication reminders. These reminders are provided as a convenience — not as medical instructions.

In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not rely on Avvizo's escalation system as your only safety net.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Avvizo subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Avvizo to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing months.
• If your payment fails, your account will be paused and you will be notified by email. Check-in calls will resume once a valid payment method is on file.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Avvizo to:

• Enrol phone numbers without the consent of the person being called.
• Use the service to monitor someone without their knowledge.
• Attempt to deceive any check-in recipient about the nature of the calls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Avvizo platform or APIs.
• Use Avvizo in any context where its failure could endanger human life without independent safety procedures in place.

6. Data, Privacy, and Voice Recordings

Your use of Avvizo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Voice recordings and personal data collected through the Avvizo service are used solely to provide the service to you. We never use call recordings for commercial advertising purposes, to train third-party AI models, or to share with data brokers.

For Legacy tier subscribers, any use of accumulated audio data for voice cloning is governed by a separate, explicit consent process that is not covered by these general Terms. Legacy consent is layered, opt-in only, and revocable at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planetterrian Ventures Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Avvizo service.

Avvizo is a best-effort wellness companion service. We do not guarantee that check-in calls will always be placed successfully, that escalation alerts will always be delivered, or that our AI will accurately detect every wellness concern. You should maintain independent safety procedures for any person whose wellbeing is critical.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
